We had an enquiry from a lady who was moving up from Nottingham into the Ilkley area. She had twin babies who were only months old. She was in a panic due to not being able to tie the Estate Agent and seller of the house to a time so we could get in and complete a much needed clean. We were in the dark about how much time to allocate and what date never mind time. They finally had a day but no specific time and the owner was moving out after lunch and she was arriving from Nottingham with babies at 5pm. She refused to allow the children into the house until it was clean.
PROBLEM: 1 very large house to spring clean in only a few hours. I visited the house late morning on the day to get an idea of the size and had our teams on standby.
